Welcome to our new website! Tuatara aims to have the most diverse & eclectic selection of the most beautiful things in New Zealand; especially those that reflect our unique environment and culture in Aotearoa. Traditional taonga (Maori treasures) sit alongside the best of contemporary NZ art & design as well as a handpicked selection of kiwiana kitsch & classic souvenirs. All are a testament to the cleverness of our fabulous artists and an expression of our stunning country.
As we stock so many artists' work, this website is just a smidgen of what we have in the shop. While we try and keep up to date with new stock sometimes things you see online might no longer be available. Either way please ask us and we will do our best to get you what you want. Always feel free to get in touch if you are interested in something in particular, or drop in and say hi.
We are happy to ship to you, and will need to make a custom quote on shipping according to the volume and weight of your order, and its destination.
